1. Hotel Cancellation/ amendments
Cancellation:
The cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID: info@hanoibellarosahotel.com ONLY, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.
- Customer must notify Hanoi Bella Rosa Hotel if you plan to change before 5 days you check in.
- Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged.

Refund:
The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, although Hanoi Bella Rosa Hotel will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 days for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.

- Check-in time is from 02:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 noon
- Extension of late checkout time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
- Check-out until 04:30 PM – 50% of room rate
- Check-out after 04:30 PM – 100% of room rate
Early check-in is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
- Early check-in from 8:00 AM of arrival date – 50% room rate (W/o BF)
- For guaranteed early check-in, the room will be reserved the night before and charged at 100%
Rates are inclusive of:
- International breakfast buffet (6.30 to 10.00 am every day)
- Free Welcome drink when checking in
- Tea, coffee, fruit,1 bottle of mineral water in room daily/1 person
- Free usage of ADSL and Wifi internet in-room
- Children and Extra Bed Policy
