08:00 – 08:30	The Swan shutter bus will pick you up from Hanoi Bella Rosa Hotel and headinthe g to northeast of Vietnam to Hon Gai Harbor
12.30	Arrive at Swan office, transferred by tender to Swan Cruise
12.45	Enjoy welcome drink, be briefing about safety on boat and activities included then check in cabin.
13.30	Delicious Vietnamese set menu lunch while leisurely cruising to the core of Bai Tu Long Bay
15.00	Arrive to Cap La Island the beautiful area in Bai Tu Long bay. Enjoy bamboo rowing boat by fisherman through the karst and breathtaking nature, swimming and relaxing.
17.30	Get back to the boat and enjoys Sunset party while our cruise sailing to the overnight anchorage.
19.00	Sumptuous set-dinner onboard.
20.30	Free time for joining Games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing. Overnight aboard Swan Cruise.

DAY 02	THIEN CANH SON CAVE – HON GAI HARBOR (B, L)
06.30	Starting your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck.
07.00	Breakfast will be served in Western style and furthermore with Vietnamese traditional food.
08.30	Explore the well- hidden Thien Canh Son cave. Tour guide will explain the history of Ha Long Bay and this Cave, made by Mother Nature.
09.30	Upon return to the boat you will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing.
	Kindly take all of your belongings from your cabin, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabin (staff will transfer directly to the pier).
10.30	Vietnamese cooking demonstration on boat.
11.00	Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
12.00	Disembark in Hon Gai pier
12.30	Farewell Halong Bay then returns to Hanoi.

08.30	Explore the well- hidden Thien Canh Son cave. Tour guide will explain the history of Ha Long Bay and this Cave, made by Mother Nature.
09.30	A day of fun and relaxation with more kayaking to visit Thay cave (depend on level of tide).
11.45	Back to the boat for a delicious hot lunch at noontime while the cruise moves to Vung Vieng fishing village.
14.00	You are on a rowing boat to explore Vung Vieng village and learn how pearls are grown.
16.30	Return to the main boat and enjoy sunset party on sundeck afterwards.

THINGS TO BRING & TO KNOW

ü Pick up time is 7:45 AM – 08:30 AM every morning. You are recommended to have breakfast and be ready at hotel’s lobby.
ü Pick up the request at Hanoi Airport is not available, it can be handled by private car only, and shuttle bus could not pick up or drop off you there.
ü Pick up the request at Hanoi train station (Sapa arrival) is not available, as you arrive early at 5:00 AM from Sapa while our shuttle bus- pick up time at 7:45 AM. You can choose to get back to our hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or contact us to arrange to pick up the point where you can relax, having breakfast before the shuttle bus picks up.
ü You are recommended to bring: sunglasses, sunblock, wide brim hat, insect repellents, swimming suites (in summer) or warm clothes (in winter), dress appropriately in good walking shoes for the cave exploration and original passport.
ü Tips: You can also bring some Candy, cakes, books, notebooks, pens, pencils or other learning tools for children and elderly in the fishing village
ü We are willing to prepare an alternative menu for your food requirement. Depending on your food request, our cook will prepare the most suitable one. Please, inform us in detail your special food request latest in the morning of the cruise date.
ü Outside beverage has an applicable corkage fee
ü Travel light, as you can please arrange to keep big luggage at the hotel
ü The itinerary is subject to change due to the weather, tide level and operating conditions without prior notice. If the tour cancels before you leave, you can get back all your money. In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there is more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the unused portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Cancellation policy:

In case a tour is cancelled by the client for any reason, the following fees will be charged:

ü The cancellation from 05 days in advance of our service: Free of charge

ü The cancellation from 03 days to 05 days in advance of the tour: 50% in total cost.

ü The cancellation within 03 days, we will charge you as 100% in total cost.

Children's Policy:

ü Children under 4 years old are FOC, sharing room with parent.

ü Children from 4 to 6 years old are charged 50%, sharing room with parents.

ü Children from 7 to 9 years old are charged 75%, sharing room with parents.

ü Children from 9 years old will be charged 100% of adult price and have single bed in a shared room.

Payment & Amendments:

30% of the total service reserved. The rest of payment will be settle directly at hotel upon check in.

Notice: Settle by Cash will apply without of any surcharge.
